Manage stress @ work

As most of us work in corporate environment where there is lot of stress. We need to practice to manage stress at work.

Here are fewer tips to manage stress at work:

  • Take a long breath.
  • Take a time and count 1 to 25.
  • Forgive them.
  • Do voice chat (don use text chat....) with the friends.
  • And, think about your beloved ones. It will help you to control your stress.

More importantly, always have a light smily face. It will relax your environment and make it easy for you...
