Here are fewer tips to manage stress at work:
- Take a long breath.
- Take a time and count 1 to 25.
- Forgive them.
- Do voice chat (don use text chat....) with the friends.
- And, think about your beloved ones. It will help you to control your stress.
More importantly, always have a light smily face. It will relax your environment and make it easy for you...
