Challenges while adopting Scrum methodologies in an Organization

I have received a question from one of my friend who wants to konw the challenges while an organization adopting agile practice. I have tried to list out some of the practical issues and challenges as below:

1) Management / Staff turnover will occur.
2) Team conflict will occur.
3) Lack of environment of trust.

    We can add the below points as well:

    1) Client interest during intial phase of methodology migration to Agile,

    2) Expenses occurs while migrating from other methodology to Agile methodology.
