JobSites mania

I went to my home early yesterday. Since, my friend went to his native, was staying alone for some time. Not in the mood to cook anything. Decided to eat fresh fruits and some biscuits. I was in confusion and decided to go for surfing for some time...

I have completing my mail checkings within first 15mins of surfing. (Since I don have kind of friends to forward some time-passing mails, I never cheking mails more than 15mins)

My confusion starts again. I decided to search a job for my friend. So, I opened search engine super star Mr.GOOGLE and typed the keywords "India - 'type of job' - job" in the text box. Mr.Google took some seconds and returned with a bundle of results. I found a large number of jobsites for India.

Though there are some leading JobPortal sites for all categories of jobs, there are a number of other jobs sites which are linking with the JopPortal giants and resulting the same page.

One interesting point to be noted here. Even myself was having a JopSite for a quite long time. After having some pressure from personal reasons, I have stopped updating that site for some time. Am working to improve that site. Soon, it will be listed in the search engine's result.

Comeback to the point. Almost 70% of JobSites resulting the same JobPost, its confusing for the person to find the various openings. For IT field jobs, it is better because we are having a search option for IT operational jobs. But for non-IT functional operations, It is very difficult to find the specific job for them. Something need to be done this area soon or later....

We will wait till that time.....
