Planning to write a series of blogs consists of Agile / Scrum process.

Having the list of items as below:

1) Prepare for the project in Agile / Scrum:

The first phase of the Scrum project is to prepare for the Agile / Scrum projects. We have to look into the Agile / Scrum projects as a Feature Driven Development projects. We have to answer the following question at very first second of the Scrum / Agile project duration. "Do we really need to convert the project from Waterfall methodology to Scrum/Agile methodology?"

If our answer is YES, we can proceed with the next steps as follows:

A) Identify the business case

B) Set a Scrum team

C) Assign the roles of the team members

D) Prepare team's infrastructure
