Be a responsive manager!

Hello Managers,

I am going to discuss about one interest point in this space now. As a team member, each and every individual satisfies if their self respect met each time. We as a managers, should be responsive managers to satisfy their expectations.

Benefits of it:

Responsive managers influence the team members more than non-responsive managers. The team members will work really hard for the responsive managers and even extend their support to meet the deliverables on time. The team members will put the task as high priority one if it is assigned by the responsive managers than the other work loads.

Responsive managers also influence those above them in the hierarchy. Because responsive managers have the ability to read and act upon the needs of their "bosses", they are perceived as helpful and reliable, or in a simple way, very useful. This allows them to get the "ear" of people above them in the system, and further helps get things done when needed.
