Elements of a good project plan

Hello Managers, we will list out the elements of a good project in this space.

The project plan clears the “how” and the "why" of a project. We can include the following elements in a good project plan:

• Statement of the project
• Cost/benefit analysis of the work.
• Feasibility analysis for work.
• Listing of the major steps to be taken to achieve the target.
• Timeline for completion of the project.
• Description of the resources required (including human resources) to execute the project work.

The plan will also identify the milestones that will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed changes, these are sometimes called the "deliverables" of the project work.
