Happy to see you again in this ITTO List (or) ITTO Chart series. We will see about Human Resource management knowledge area today.

Human Resource Management: It is the knowledge area which includes the processes that acquire, organize, manage the human resources for the project.

It has the following processes:

1) Develop Human Resource Plan,

2) Acquire Project Team,

3) Develop Project Team, and

4) Manage Project team.

1) Develop HR Plan: It is the process of identifying and documenting project roles, responsibilities, and required skills of the project work.

2) Acquire Project Team: It is the process where the human resources availability confirmation is taking place.

3) Develop Project Team: It is the process of improving the competencies of the project resources (human).

4) Manage Project Team: It is the process of tracking the human resources, providing their performance feedback, and managing any issues with them.
