Scrum Master roles and responsibilities

We will see the roles and responsibilities of a Scrum Master in this post.

Scrum Master may be defined as below: "The person responsible for the Scrum process, making sure it is used correctly and maximizing its benefits."

The roles and responsibilities of a scrum master can be classified as below ways:

1) Facilitating the Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up meetings, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective meetings),

2) Creating and Managing artifacts needed by scrum team and organization to manage process,

3) Facilitate the resolution to all identified impediments, and

4) Facilitating the cross-team communication.
