Don’t criticise or complain:

        When you want to become a successful leader or a manager, you should appreciate your team mate and should encourage their points. You should not criticise or complain about them always. If do the complain on your team members, it will not allow them to follow your words.

Talk smart:

        Always use the positive sentence to the audience. Speak gentle and smart way with the audience. For example, you can use the following phrases at the beginning of your conversation.

Commitment and consistency:

        You should always be sure to your points and should commit to your conversations. You should be more consistency so that, you can win others heart easily and can influence them in the smarter way.
