We shall discuss the various types of reports in project management and their owner in this post.

Schedules and Budget: Management has to take ownership for these reports.

Time spent per task, Inspection Data Report, and Root Cause Analysis reports: These reports should be taken care by Engineers. They need to report these to Managment.

Test Cases Report, Test Coverage Reports: These reports can be owned by Testing team to the management.

Problem Reports and Operational Hours: These two reports can be made by End Users to the Project management to take care of the project.
